Abstract

We carried out the retrospective study of history cases of inpatients of the MI «Yakutsk clinical hospital» cardiological unit during 2006-2009. The obtained data testify to available distinctions of myocardium infarction with Q on the electrocardiogram in the natives and non-natives. The prevalence of Q positive myocardium infarction was higher in men as compared with women in both ethnic groups for all period of the survey. The increase of myocardium infarction was marked in both groups irrespective of nationality. The frequency of myocardium infarction in the native population was lower in comparison with the non-natives. During the last years the rejuvenation of myocardium infarction has been noted in the natives of Yakutsk.
