The first doctor from the sakha people
Abstract
The work is devoted to the Life and activity of the first doctor from sakha people Prokopi Nesterovich Sokolnikov. P.N.Sokolnikov got fundamental university education in Tomsk imperial and then in Moscow imperial universities. He became the first professionally qualified doctor, first scientist, founder of the prophylactic medicine in Yakutia, avganizer of Churapchinsky region public health, public figure, educator of native people.
