Diagnostics and results of surgical treatment of ischemic heart disease in young people

Abstract

Objective research of patients with ischemic heart disease younger 45 years is held to study the features of the disease activity and possibility of IHD surgical treatment in patients of young age.
It is revealed that in IHD patients younger 45 years males dominate with increase in level of atherogenous lipids and triglycerides level, in particular, in comparison with patients of the senior age groups. At ischemic remodelling for IHD patients of young age a characteristic feature is a tendency to dilatation of the left ventricle cavity and decrease in the general contractile ability of myocardium.
