Partial segmental anesthesia in elderly patients
Abstract
In given article the comparative characteristic of application of two kinds of neiroaxials blockade is resulted: symmetric spinal and unilateral spinal anaesthesia at operations on a ground floor of a belly cavity at patients of the senior age groups. It is proved that at use of unilateral spinal anaesthesia stability of indicators of haemodynamics, smaller requirement in infusion therapy and sympathetic support is marked.
