Case of diagnosing congenital heart disease in 58-year old patient
Abstract
In most cases, atrial septal defect closure of the heart can be treated in childhood before the age of five. In practice there are some cases when patients can be diagnosed with this illness in adulthood. Such patients could not have consultations with doctors using large diagnostic capabilities of modern equipment of the clinic. Such case is described in this article.
