Abstract
Illegitimate births in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) increased by 6.4% for the last decade. The increase of the fertility out of wedlock in a group of young mothers (under 20) is an important social problem.

Among the diseases of children born outside marriage, there were birth defects, intrauterine growth retardation, morphofunctional immaturity, prolonged jaundice. Perinatal CNS involvement is twice higher than that of children born in wedlock. Every fourth illegitimate child is born prematurely.
However till now, despite scientifically-practical importance of a problem, obvious deficiency of works, devoted to this group of the raised medicine-social risk.
