Внебрачная рождаемость в Республике Саха (Якутия) за последнее десятилетие возросла на 6,4%. Важной социальной проблемой является увеличение рождаемости вне брака в группе юных матерей (до 20 лет).Беременность у 72,3% одиноких матерей, протекала с осложнениями. Среди патологии детей, рожденных вне брака, врожденные пороки развития, задержка внутриутробного развития, морфофункциональная незрелость, затяжная желтуха, перинатальное поражение ЦНС в два раза выше, чем у детей, рожденных в браке. Каждый четвертый внебрачный ребенок рождается преждевременно.Однако до сих пор, несмотря научно-практическую значимость проблемы, отмечается явный дефицит работ, посвященных этой группе повышенного медико-социального риска.

Illegitimate births in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) increased by 6.4% for the last decade. The increase of the fertility out of wedlock in a group of young mothers (under 20) is an important social problem.It was found that pregnancy was complicated for 72.3% mothers of unregistered marriage. Among the diseases of children born outside marriage, there were birth defects, intrauterine growth retardation, morphofunctional immaturity, prolonged jaundice. Perinatal CNS involvement is twice higher than that of children born in wedlock. Every fourth illegitimate child is born prematurely.However till now, despite scientifically-practical importance of a problem, obvious deficiency of works, devoted to this group of the raised medicine-social risk.
