Improvement of antibacterial treatment of infected pancreatic necrosis in diversified surgical department
Abstract
The presented work is based on the analysis results of complex conservative and surgical treatment 50 patients with the infected forms of pancreatic necrosis, were on treatment in surgical branches of Republican hospital №2 - Center of emergency Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) during the period with 2008 for 2011.
During research it was possible to adapt and improve the scheme of antibacterial therapy applied in treatment pancreatogenic infections in a versatile surgical hospital.
Monitoring carrying out antibacterialresistens and efficiency of antibacterial therapy substantially raises probability of a favorable outcome in treatment of patients with pancreatogenic an infection.
