Assessment in hemostasis system in pregnant with arterial hypertension

Abstract

The work purpose was studying of indicators of a hemostasis in population of Russian and the Buryat at pregnant women with arterial hypertensions.
Hemostasis indicators on sets of reagents firms “Technologies-standards” (Russia) on programmed optic-mechanical коагулометре «Minilab701» at 271 pregnant women without hypertensions of the Buryat and Russian population and 269 pregnant women with an arterial hypertensions of the given populations were analyzed. At pregnant women of Russian population with arterial hypertensions adaptive mechanisms which promote maintenance of indicators прокоагулянтов practically at one level that it is not observed in the Buryat population are noted. The most indicative concerning an arterial hypertensions in the Buryat population in the first and second trimesters of pregnancy is протромбиновое time, in the end of pregnancy of change aggregations with universal индуктором concern soluble complexes мономеров fibrin, to time of curling and duration of a bleeding.
