Влияние ожирения на половой диморфизм уровней ирисина

Аннотация
Проведен сравнительный анализ средних уровней ирисина между женщинами и мужчинами (с нормальным весом и ожирением) для оценки полового диморфизма. В исследованной нами выборке якутов половой диморфизм обнаружен в группе лиц с нормальным весом: уровни ирисина были значимо выше у женщин по сравнению с мужчинами. Сравнительный анализ уровней ирисина в расширенной выборке обнаружил статистически значимый половой диморфизм только в группе лиц с ожирением, в группе лиц с нормальным весом половых отличий не было обнаружено. Таким образом, выявлено влияние ожирения на половой диморфизм.
