Abstract
The analysis of the main problems of the modern Russian medicine, such as insufficient funding for the spending on health care, the low quality of medical care. The second problem is caused by the crisis «Paternalistic» model of relations «doctor–patient». Instead of the proposed construction of “Partner” relationship.
