A clinical case of ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis in a nine-yearold Sakha child

Abstract

ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) is a group of diseases characterized by chronic immune inflammation of the wall of small vessels, a polymorphic clinical picture with frequent involvement of the lungs and kidneys, and the presence of circulating autoantibodies to the neutrophil cytoplasm (ANCA). The article presents a clinical case of ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis affecting the lungs and kidneys.
