Violation of the Cardiovascular System and Water Balance in Pregnant Women with Gestosis

Abstract

The article reviews the literature on the problem of hemodynamic and water balance in pregnant women with preeclampsia, anesthetic management of this category of patients. Understanding the degree of dysfunction of organs and systems in pregnancy associated with preeclampsia is extremely important for anesthesiologist, because it affects the tactics of the patient, the choice of anesthesia and therapy program.
