Features of Metabologram at Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Obesity

Abstract

Features of metabologram in patients with coronary heart disease and obesity according to indirect calorimetry were studied. It wasrevealed that the respiratory quotient (RQ) was significantly higher in patients with angina and obesity. Elevated levels of RQ can be seen as a predictor of cardiovascular risk and reflect a violation of fat oxidation.
