Роль гипергликемии в периоперационном периоде при проведении аортокоронарного шунтирования

Аннотация

В статье представлены патофизиологические особенности гипергликемии, ее негативное воздействие на сердечно-сосудистую систему, показаны пути достижения оптимального периоперационного гликемического контроля, а также обсуждены результаты исследований, направленных на определение оптимального уровня гликемии, необходимого для предотвращения послеоперационных осложнений и достижения оптимальных клинических результатов.
