Coronavirus infection in children: epidemiological and clinical characteristics

Abstract

Clinical and epidemiological characteristics of coronavirus infection in hospitalized children were studied. The largest number of cases of coronavirus infection was registered among high schoolers, mainly boys. Children infected with SARS-CoV-2 have minimal tourist activity, low vaccination coverage against seasonal influenza; a variety of clinical manifestations is expressed in the moderate form of the disease.
