Frequency of dyslipidemias among the population of Yakutia
Abstract
The purpose. An estimation of a condition of lipid exchange at city and rural population of Yakutia.
Materials and methods. 1719 organized and unorganized city and rural population of Yakutia of both sex in the age of from 18 till 75 years were investigated. Researches of a lipid spectrum were held by an enzymatic method on the biochemical analyzer “Cobas Mira Plus”.
Results. It is revealed, that at 35 % among the surveyed persons concentration of the general cholesterol in whey of blood was above norm and depended on age.
The conclusion. Dyslipidemia at inhabitants of Yakutia irrespective of an ethnic accessory has atherogenic character that demands the further research, and carrying out among the population of republic of preventive measures on preventions of development of cardiovascular diseases.
