Преимущество описываемого в данной статье метода заключается в его быстроте, простоте и высокой воспроизводимости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this paper we describe the method of isolation, maintaining and storage of human primary skin fibroblasts to treat damaged skin.
