<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to search for approaches to physical rehabilitation of patients with spinocerebellar ataxia type 1 (SCA1) using kinesitherapy. Gradual activation of motor activity is the main condition for improving the psychological and physical health of patients with SCA1. In our article, physical rehabilitation is specially directed use of physical exercise as a means of treating a disease and improving body functions that are disrupted or lost due to SCA1's neurodegenerative processes.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кинезитерапия</kwd><kwd>физическая реабилитация</kwd><kwd>спиноцеребеллярная атаксия 1-го типа</kwd><kwd>Республика Саха (Якутия)</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>kinesitherapy</kwd><kwd>physical rehabilitation</kwd><kwd>spinocerebellar ataxia type 1</kwd><kwd>Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена при поддержке Фонда «Президентские гранты РФ», проект № 21-1-006470 «Вместе мы сможем больше!»</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work was carried out with the support of the Presidential Grants of the Russian Federation Foundation, Project No. 21-1-006470 "Together we can do more!"</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Анализ маршрутизации пациентов на госпитальном этапе в неврологическое отделение центра нейродегенеративных заболеваний клиники Якутского научного центра комплексных медицинских проблем / Давыдова Т.К.
