Изучение родства древних якутов позволило определить трудности в анализе генетических данных для небольших древних человеческих популяций и разработать стратегию повышения точности статистических вычислений. В статье описывается эта стратегия и возможные пути решения проблем при изучении небольших популяций, для которых нет референсных данных по глобальным мета-популяциям, что обусловлено их изоляцией расстоянием или древностью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>For fifteen years, part of the work of our research team has been focused on the study of parental links between individuals living hundreds or thousands of years ago, whose remains have been found in single graves or large funerary complexes. The study of kinship in the ancient Yakuts allowed us to highlight the difficulties in analyzing genetic data from small ancient human groups and to develop a strategy to improve the accuracy of statistical computations.
