Изучено наличие ассоциации циркулирующего в крови лептина с клинико-морфологическими проявлениями гастрита у школьников с нормальным и избыточным индексом массы тела. Установлено, что у детей с повышенной массой тела гастрит и ассоциированные с ним патологические процессы в слизистой оболочке желудка формируются и протекают в условиях гиперлептинемии, так как уровень секреции в кровь лептина существенно зависит от объема жировой ткани организма. Участие и усиление регулирующей роли лептина, определяемой при диспепсической симптоматике у детей с нормальной массой тела, нивелируется в условиях повышения количества жировой ткани в организме.

The association of leptin circulating in blood with gastritis clinical morphological signs in schoolchildren with normal and excessive body mass index was under study.It was revealed that in children with excessive body mass the gastritis and associated pathologic processes in gastric mucosa are being formed and developed under the conditions of hyperleptinemia, because the level of leptin secretion into blood substantially depends on the volume of fat tissue in an organism. Leptin involvement and the strengthening of its regulating role, which is determined in children with normal body mass with dyspeptic symptoms, are balanced under the conditions of the increase of fat tissue quantity in an organism.
