С целью изучения клинических, морфологических и иммуногистохимических особенностей воспалительного фиброидного полипа проведен анализ литературы. Установлено, что воспалительный фиброидный полип является одной из редких доброкачественных опухолей желудочно-кишечного тракта, клиническая картина которой зависит от размера, локализации и осложнений. Сложность диагностики обусловлена его морфологическим сходством со злокачественными опухолями желудочно-кишечного тракта. С целью исключения злокачественного новообразования используют иммуногистохимическое исследование. Установлено, что для воспалительного фиброидного полипа характерна выраженная диффузная экспрессия CD34, реакции на DOG1, CD117, S-100 негативны.

In order to study the clinical, morphological and immunohistochemical features of inflammatory fibroid polyp, a literature review was conducted. It was found that inflammatory fibroid polyp is one of the rare benign tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, the clinical picture of which depends on the size, location and complications. The complexity of diagnosis is due to its morphological similarity to malignant tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. Immunohistochemical testing is used to exclude malignancy. It was found that inflammatory fibroid polyp is characterized by pronounced diffuse expression of CD34, reactions to DOG1, CD117, S-100 are negative.
