Наибольшие потери в показателях DALY при раке шейки матки наблюдались в возрастной группе 35–49 лет, а при раке тела матки и яичников – в группе 55–69 лет. Основная доля расходов на лечение была связана с раком яичников (325,24 млн руб.), тогда как на рак тела матки и шейки матки было направлено меньше средств – 205,5 млн руб. и 189,8 млн руб. соответственно. Суммарный экономический ущерб (прямой и косвенный) составил 3,9 млрд руб. для рака шейки матки, 2,8 млрд руб. для рака яичников и 2,3 млрд руб. для рака тела матки. Результаты оценки социально-экономических потерь и расходов актуально применять для целесообразного ранжирования бюджетных средств при планировании онкологических программ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the study is to assess direct and indirect economic damage from cervical, uterine, and ovarian cancer in the Tomsk region. The maximum loss of DALY values for cervical cancer was in the range of 35–49 years, for uterine cancer and ovarian cancer in the range of 55–69 years. The highest expenditure was allocated to the treatment of ovarian cancer (325.24 million rubles), followed by lower amounts for uterine cancer (205.5 million rubles) and cervical cancer (189.8 million rubles).
