Контрольную группу составляли 50 детей гестационный возраст которых был приблизительно сходным с основной группой. Было проведено исследование – случай-контроль для определения роли влияния гестационного возраста на развитие НЭК. У 89 (42,8%) детей с НЭК и сроком гестации от 30 до 36 недель по сравнению с 22 детьми из контрольной группы того же гестационного возраста были значительно низкие процентили массы тела при рождении, рН пуповины и 1-минутная оценка по шкале Апгар. Напротив, не было никаких существенных различий между 98 (47,1%) детьми с НЭК и контрольной группой (n= 24) в возрасте 25-29 недель, за исключением того, что грудное молоко получали малое число детей с НЭК. Из них 21 доношенный ребенок в основной и 5 детей в контрольной группе имели очевидный предрасполагающий фактор. Проведенное исследование доказало, что предрасположенность к НЭК зависит от гестационного возраста. В диапазоне 25-29 недель все дети находятся в группе риска по причине крайней недоношенности. В диапазоне 30-36 недель асфиксия и дети с задержкой роста подвергаются повышенному риску, в то время как в доношенном сроке требуются серьезные предрасполагающие факторы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Over the past 10 years, 208 children with necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) were under our treatment. The control group consisted of 50 children whose gestational age was approximately similar to the main group. A case-control study was conducted to determine the role of gestational age in the development of NEC. 89 (42.8%) children with NEC and gestational age from 30 to 36 weeks compared with 22 children from the control group of the same gestational age had significantly lower percentiles of birth weight, umbilical cord pH and 1 -minute Apgar score. In contrast, there were no significant differences between 98 (47.1%) NEC and control children (n=24) aged 25-29 weeks, except that few children with NEC received breast milk. The 21 term infants in the main and 5 infants in the control group appeared to have an obvious predisposing factor. The study showed that the predisposition to NEC depends on gestational age. In the range of 25-29 weeks, all babies are at risk due to extreme prematurity.
