В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение семейного случая псориаза с присоединением такого осложнения, как псориатический артрит. Описанный случай настраивает на настороженность врачей в отношении псориатического артрита при дифференциальной диагностике с такими специфическими заболеваниями, как ревматоидный артрит, подагра. Активное выявление больных с псориатическим артритом требует, прежде всего, правильной интерпретации анамнестических, клинических, лабораторных, рентгенологических данных.

The article presents clinical observation of a family case of psoriasis complicated with a psoriatic arthritis. The described case sets up physicians' alertness with respect to psoriatic arthritis in differential diagnostics with such specific diseases as rheumatoid arthritis, gout. Active detection of patients with psoriatic arthritis requires first of all correct interpretation of anamnesis, clinical, laboratory and radiological data.
