Для выявления взаимоотношения между показателями когнитивного функционирования и клиническими особенностями формирования и течения алкогольной зависимости проведено исследование в группе пациентов с алкогольной зависимостью после детоксикации.Выявлено, что при алкогольной зависимости происходит гетерогенное изменение уровня когнитивного функционирования: нарушение ингибиторного контроля, снижение объема пространственной рабочей памяти, внимания и когнитивной гибкости. Обнаружены статистически значимые корреляции между клиническими данными и степенью нарушения когнитивного функционирования.Таким образом, более ранний возраст первой пробы алкоголя существенно оказывает влияние на снижение тормозного контроля, что повышает риск формирования алкогольной зависимости уже в молодом возрасте. Давность алкогольной зависимости и связанное с этим количество госпитализаций приводят к нарушению когнитивного функционирования в виде снижения объема пространственной рабочей памяти и когнитивной гибкости. Тяжесть течения алкогольной зависимости определяет в первую очередь степень снижения когнитивной гибкости.
The study was conducted in a group of patients with alcohol dependence after detoxification to identify the relationship between indicators of cognitive functioning and clinical features of the formation and course of alcohol dependence.It was found that alcohol dependence causes a heterogeneous change in the level of cognitive functioning: violation of inhibitory control, decrease in the volume of spatial working memory, attention and cognitive flexibility. Statistically significant correlations were found between clinical data and the degree of cognitive impairment.Thus, the earlier age of the first sample of alcohol significantly affects the reduction of brake control, which increases the risk of forming alcohol dependence at a young age. The age of alcohol dependence and the associated number of hospitalizations leads to impaired cognitive functioning in the form of reduced spatial working memory and cognitive flexibility. The severity of alcohol dependence primarily determines the degree of cognitive flexibility decline.
