Якутске у пациентов в возрасте от 6 мес. до 85 лет.Полученные данные свидетельствуют о распространенности вирулентных антибиотикорезистентных штаммов S. рneumoniae среди населения г. Якутска и диктуют необходимость проведения дальнейших эпидемиологических и микробиологических исследований этой проблемы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The microbiological and molecular genetic characteristics of S. pneumoniae strains, identified during nasopharyngeal carriage, were determined in patients from the age of 6 months up to 85 years old, living in Yakutsk.The obtained data indicate the prevalence of virulent antibiotic-resistant S. pneumoniae strains among the population of Yakutsk and dictate the need for further epidemiological and microbio-logical studies of this problem.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пневмококк</kwd><kwd>назофарингеальное носительство</kwd><kwd>вирулентность</kwd><kwd>резистентность</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>pneumococcus</kwd><kwd>nasopharyngeal carriage</kwd><kwd>virulence</kwd><kwd>resistance</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Козлов Р.С.
