<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study focuses on the migration and functional activity of immunocompetent cells in the intestinal contents in people with various pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract and in practically healthy people. Actively phagocytic neutrophilic granulocytes and monocytes, as well as lymphocytes without signs of degeneration and plasma cells, were recorded in the intestinal contents. Differences in the migration activity of cells depended on the pathology of the gastrointestinal tract. The levels of immunocompetent cells in the contents of the intestine in practically healthy people were determined. In gastrointestinal diseases, abnormal concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines are detected at a high frequency, the highest content of these cytokines have been recorded in malignant intestinal neoplasms.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>местный иммунитет</kwd><kwd>слизистая оболочка</kwd><kwd>лимфоциты</kwd><kwd>нейтрофилы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>local immunity</kwd><kwd>mucous membrane</kwd><kwd>lymphocyte</kwd><kwd>neutrophilic granulocyte</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена в рамках программы фундаментальных научных исследований по теме лаборатории экологической иммунологии ИФПА ФГБУН ФИЦКИА РАН «Влияние общего охлаждения на нейро-иммуно-эндокринную регуляцию гомеостаза человека», № государственной регистрации АААА-А17-117033010124-7.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This work was carried out as part of a fundamental research program on the topic of the laboratory of environmental immunology by the FCIARctic project № АААА-А17-117033010124-7.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Бурмистрова А.Л.
