В исследовании представлен анализ изменений показателей результативности государственной медицинской организации после внедрения внутренней оценки деятельности персонала медицинских структурных подразделений. Внедрение такой системы оценки статистически значимо улучшило положительную динамику показателей работы медицинской организации, показателей удовлетворенности персонала и пациентов.

The study provides an analysis of changes in the performance indicators of the state medical organization after the implementation of an internal performance appraisal system of employees in medical structural units. The implementation of this system showed statistically significant positive dynamics of the performance indicators of the medical organization, indicators of personnel and patient satisfaction.
