Клиническая картина эссенциального тремора помимо моторных симптомов включает широкий спектр немоторных проявлений. В статье представлены результаты исследования когнитивного статуса у пациентов с эссенциальным тремором с использованием шкалы 3-КТ. Нами установлено, что пациенты с эссенциальным тремором характеризуются более низкими показателями семантической и фонетической речевой активности, спонтанного и отсроченного узнавания без различий по отдельными подгруппам (семейная и спорадическая формы, варианты классический ЭТ и ЭТ-плюс). Таким образом, у пациентов с эссенциальным тремором диагностируются когнитивные нарушения дизрегуляторного профиля.

The clinical of essential tremor, in addition to motor symptoms, includes a wide range of non-motor manifestations, which includes cognitive disorders, psychiatric and other disorders. This article presents the results of a study of the cognitive status in patients with essential tremor using the 3 CT scale. As a result of the study, it was shown that patients with essential tremor are characterized by lower indicators of semantic and phonetic speech activity, spontaneous and delayed recognition without differences between subgroups (family and sporadic forms, variants of classical ET and ET-plus). Thus, in patients with essential tremors cognitive disorders of the dysregulatory profile are diagnosed.
