Выявлены прогностические критерии прерывания беременности в первом триместре в данной выборке. Риск репродуктивных потерь определяет ангиопатия сосудов матки, дополняемая срывом гомеостаза, и нарушения микробиома урогенитального тракта в отсутствие прегравидарного оздоровления и профилактики плацентарной недостаточности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>After a comprehensive examination of a sample of pregnant women with anemia and chronic pyelonephritis, the risk factors for belonging to groups with a high infectious risk in the first trimester were identified in this sample.
