В статье представлены результаты обследования детей с бронхиальной астмой (БА), ассоциированной с дисплазией соединительной ткани (ДСТ). Описан сравнительный анализ клинической характеристики БА. Течение БА, ассоциированной с умеренной и выраженной ДСТ, характеризуется среднетяжелыми формами и тенденцией̆ к снижению уровня контроля над заболеванием, худшим прогнозом. Большинство детей с БА имели дефицит массы тела. Все дети с БА, ассоциированной с ДСТ, имели патологию костно-мышечной системы, а также другие коморбидные и сопутствующие заболевания. Выявлены значимые факторы риска развития заболевания у детей, такие как курение родителей, наличие домашних животных и низкая частота грудного вскармливания.

The article presents the results of the examination of children with bronchial asthma associated with connective tissue dysplasia (CTD). Comparative analysis of BA clinical characteristics was described. The BA course associated with moderate and severe CTD is characterized by moderate forms and tendency to lower disease control, worse prognosis. Most children with BA in both groups had underweight. All children with BA associated with CTD had musculoskeletal pathology as well as other comorbid diseases. Significant risk factors have been identified, such as effect of parental smoking, presence of pets, and low rates of breastfeeding.
