Крипторхизм – аномалия развития яичка, обусловленная нарушением его миграции в мошонку. Прогноз даже после своевременной орхидопексии сомнителен, особенно при абдоминальной форме крипторхизма (АФК), и требует объективной оценки. Проведено одноцентровое ретроспективное исследование 85 детей с односторонней АФК (2018–2025 гг.). Они разделены на две группы по критерию расстояния яичка от внутреннего пахового кольца: высокое (>2 см, n=14) и низкое (<2 см, n=71). Для 43 пациентов оценены отдаленные результаты с помощью оригинального протокола качественной оценки (ПКО). Суммарная частота хороших и удовлетворительных исходов составила 62,5% в первой группе и 80,0% во второй, неудовлетворительных – 37,5% и 20,0% соответственно. Высокое расположение яичка – неблагоприятный прогностический фактор гипо- и атрофии яичка после орхипексии.

Cryptorchidism is a developmental anomaly of the testis resulting from impaired migration into the scrotum. The prognosis remains guarded even after timely orchidopexy, particularly in cases of intra-abdominal testis (IAT), and requires objective assessment. A single-center retrospective study was conducted involving 85 children with unilateral IAT (2018–2025). Patients were divided into two groups based on the distance of the testis from the internal inguinal ring (IIR): high localization (>2 cm, n=14) and low localization (<2 cm, n=71). Long-term outcomes were evaluated for 43 patients using an original Qualitative Assessment Protocol (QAP). The cumulative frequency of good and satisfactory outcomes was 62.5% in the first group and 80% in the second, while unsatisfactory outcomes accounted for 37.5% and 20%, respectively.
