<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review examines the development of genetic diagnostic technologies, from classical molecular methods to modern high-performance platforms, including NGS, microchip technologies, and AI-based analysis algorithms. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of modern approaches in the early detection of hereditary and multifactorial diseases, as well as an assessment of their limitations and prospects for further implementation in clinical practice. The presented data summarize key trends in the evolution of genetic methods and demonstrate the importance of digitalization, bioinformatics, and machine learning for improving the accuracy and standardization of genomic diagnostics. The material will be useful to specialists in the field of molecular medicine, clinical geneticists, bioinformatics and researchers working on the development of personalized healthcare technologies. The review highlights the importance of an integrated approach to assessing the diagnostic potential of modern genetic methods and their role in shaping future standards of medical care.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>генетическая диагностика</kwd><kwd>секвенирование нового поколения (NGS)</kwd><kwd>высокопроизводительные платформы</kwd><kwd>биоинформатика</kwd><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd><kwd>молекулярные методы</kwd><kwd>персонализированная медицина</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>genetic diagnostics</kwd><kwd>new generation sequencing (NGS)</kwd><kwd>high-performance platforms</kwd><kwd>bioinformatics</kwd><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd><kwd>molecular methods</kwd><kwd>personalized medicine</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Волков А.Н., Начева Л.В.
