<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The incidence and prevalence rates in the working-age population (WAP) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) by all ICD-10 disease categories for the years 2011 to 2023 have been calculated. Then the statistical significance of differences in the rate and nosological structure of morbidity in the pre-pandemic (2011–2019) and early post-pandemic period of 2023 has been determined. Statistically significant differences in the morbidity structure were identified. A decrease in incidence was accompanied by high rates of increase in prevalence of diseases of the blood and blood-forming organs and certain disorders involving the immune mechanism, circulatory, endocrine, and musculoskeletal diseases.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>население трудоспособного возраста</kwd><kwd>первичная заболеваемость</kwd><kwd>общая заболеваемость</kwd><kwd>постпандемийный период</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>working-age population</kwd><kwd>incidence</kwd><kwd>prevalence</kwd><kwd>post-pandemic era</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Галикеева А.Ш., Ахтямова С.Х., Симонова Н.И. и др.
