Проведено изучение современных подходов в управлении болевым синдромом в малой колопроктологии. Проведен систематический обзор литературы за последние 8 лет по базам PubMed, eLibrary и Google Академия с включением обзоров, мета-анализов и когортных исследований на русском и английском языках. Современная тактика ведения пациентов в малой колопроктологии основана на персонализированном анестезиологическом обеспечении ‒ от выбора регионарных техник до мультимодальной превентивной анальгезии и немедикаментозных методов. Междисциплинарная интеграция инновационных хирургических технологий и современных стратегий управления болью способствует улучшению клинических результатов и качества жизни пациентов в периоперационном периоде.

The study of current approaches to pain management in minor coloproctology has been conducted. A systematic review of the literature over the past 8 years was conducted using PubMed, eLibrary, and Google Scholar databases, including reviews, meta-analyses, and cohort studies in Russian and English. Current patient management tactics in minor coloproctology are based on personalized anesthetic care—from the choice of regional techniques to multimodal preventive analgesia and non-drug methods. Interdisciplinary integration of innovative surgical technologies and modern pain management strategies helps improve clinical outcomes and patient quality of life in the perioperative period.
