<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study of the transcriptomic profile of circulating immune cells in patients with prostate cancer using single-cell RNA sequencing is conducted. In patients with prostate cancer, highly expressed genes were found in the monocyte cluster: IRAK3, PLXDC2, NAMPT, CYBB, SLC8A1 responsible for the activation of antitumor immunity, inflammation, and oxidative stress, while in healthy volunteers the expression of FCN1, MNDA, LST1, and AIF1 genes responsible for the activation of inflammation [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>], modulation, and regulation were observed apoptosis [2, 3], growth of vascular smooth muscle cells and T-lymphocytes [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit4">4</xref>]. Analysis of the transcriptome of circulating immune cells in the peripheral blood of patients with prostate cancer revealed highly expressed genes IRAK3, PLXDC2, NAMPT, CYBB, SLC8A1, which play an important role in tumor progression and evasion of the immune response. These genes can serve as targeted targets for therapy and have diagnostic potential.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак</kwd><kwd>простата</kwd><kwd>транскриптомика</kwd><kwd>секвенирование</kwd><kwd>scRNAseq</kwd><kwd>РНК</kwd><kwd>ДНК</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cancer</kwd><kwd>prostate</kwd><kwd>transcriptomics</kwd><kwd>sequencing</kwd><kwd>scRNAseq</kwd><kwd>RNA</kwd><kwd>DNA</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group xml:lang="ru"><funding-statement>Работа выполнена при поддержке Программы стратегического академического лидерства Приоритет 2030 Башкирского государственного медицинского университета.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Munthe-Fog L., Hummelshoj T., Honoré C., et al.
