Установлено, что параллельное  повышение  частоты  регистрации  эритроцитоза,  тромбоцитоза,  повышенного  содержания  гемоглобина,  гематокрита и тромбокрита у жителей Мурманской области является механизмом адаптации к повышенной потребности в О2 в условиях Арктики.</p><p>У обследованных лиц выявлена высокая частота регистрации лейкоцитоза, лимфоцитоза, нейтрофилёза, моноцитоза, эозинофилии и базофилии на фоне значительного уровня дефицита активных фагоцитов. Особенностью иммунологической реактивности жителей заполярного посёлка является преобладание реакций клеточно-опосредованной и антителозависимой цитотоксичности на фоне увеличения провоспалительных цитокинов IL-6, IFN-γ, реагинов, межклеточных молекул адгезии sCD54 и sCD62L.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The features of cellular and humoral immune responses in the inhabitants of the European North and the Arctic have been studied. It has been established that a parallel increase in the frequency of registration of erythrocytosis, thrombocytosis, elevated hemoglobin, hematocrit and thrombocrit in residents of the Murmansk region is a mechanism for adaptation to an increased need for O2 in the Arctic. The examined individuals showed a high frequency of registration of leukocytosis, lymphocytosis, neutrophilia, monocytosis, eosinophilia and basophilia against the background of a significant level of deficiency of active phagocytes.
