Установлено, что генотип rs1127327*AA гена CCDC6 ассоциирован с понижением риска развития тяжелой формы заболевания. Необходимы дальнейшие исследования сети генов, являющихся мишенями различных микроРНК, для выяснения молекулярных механизмов, способных оказывать влияние на возникновение и развитие ГЛПС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The association analysis of polymorphic variants common for miRNA-146a, miRNA-218, miRNA-410, miRNA-503 target genes was performed in patients with hemorrhagic fever infected with PUUV. It has been revealed that the genotype rs1127327*AA of the CCDC6 gene is associated with a reduced risk of severe disease form.
