В статье представлен клинический случай тромбоза вен нижних конечностей у ребенка 13 лет, возникшего на фоне постковидного синдрома (ИФА SARS-CoV2 от 18.09.2024 – 5000 BAU/ml). Начало болезни острое – повышение температуры тела до 38 ⁰С, боли в животе. Проведена диагностическая лапароскопия: апоплексия правого яичника, кистозно измененные яичники, спаечная болезнь, анемия (гемоглобин ‒ 75 г/л, головокружение, слабость). До этого был диагностирован аутоиммунный тиреоидит. На 6-й день после лапароскопии повышение температуры до 39,2 ⁰С, появились боли в ногах - подколенных ямках и голенях. По данным лабораторного обследования выявили повышение всех маркеров воспаления (СРБ, Д-димера, ферритина). Методом ультразвуковой визуализации выявлен окклюзивный тромбоз суральных вен обеих нижних конечностей. В качестве лечения получала низкомолекулярный гепарин, затем пероральные антикоагулянты (риваксобан), аспирин, диклофенак. В результате подобранной адекватной терапии отмечается положительная динамика.

The article presents a clinical case of lower extremity vein thrombosis in a 13-year-old child, which occurred against the background of postcoid syndrome. Onset of the disease acute fever up to 38 ⁰C, abdominal pain. Diagnostic laparoscopy performed in the central district hospital. Diagnosis: right ovarian apoplexy, cystic ovaries, adhesions, anemiya (hemoglobin - 75 g/l, dizziness, weakness). Prior to that autoimmune thyroiditis was diagnosed. On the 6th day after laparoscopy, fever up to 39,2 ⁰C, pain in the popliteal pits and lower legs appeared. Laboratory data showed an increase in all inflammatory markers (CRP, D-dimer, ferritin). Ultrasound imaging revealed occlusive thrombosis of the sural veins of both lower extremities. The patient received low molecular weight heparin, antucosgulants, aspirin, diclofenac as treatment. As a result of the adequately selected therapy, positive dynamics are noted.
