Исследовалась диагностическая ценность определения концентраций маркеров костного ремоделирования (С-телопептида коллагена I типа, P1NP, 25-ОН витамина D) в сыворотке крови пациентов с ревматоидным артритом (РА) путем построения ROC-кривых для прогнозирования развития остеопороза (ОП).

Выявлено, что данные маркеры костного ремоделирования обладают хорошим качеством и могут быть использованы для прогнозирования развития ОП у пациентов с РА.

The diagnostic value of determining the concentrations of bone remodeling markers (type I collagen C-telopeptide, P1NP, 25-OH vitamin D) in the blood serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) by constructing ROC curves to predict the development of osteoporosis (OP) was under study.

It was revealed, that these bone remodeling markers are of good quality and can be used to predict the development of OP in patients with RA.
