Определена актуальность создания и внедрения регистра беременности и родов в арктической зоне Республики Саха (Якутия) с ретроспективным анализом всех течений и исходов беременности и родов для своевременного прогнозирования и профилактики перинатальных осложнений и транспортировки беременных на III уровень учреждений родовспоможения.

The urgency of creating and implementing a register of pregnancy and childbirth in the Arctic zone of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) with a retrospective analysis of all currents and outcomes of pregnancy and childbirth for the timely prediction and prevention of perinatal complications and transportation of pregnant women to the III level of maternity care institutions has been determined.
