Во всех группах мальчиков с умственной отсталостью зафиксировано статистически значимое (p&lt;0,001) снижение содержания серотонина в лимфоцитах крови по сравнению с контрольными группами, независимо от условий воспитания и степени тяжести, что может расцениваться как характерная особенность детям с умственной отсталостью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the research aimed at the content of serotonin neuro mediator in mentally retarded boys (7 to 11 years). It regulates many physiological functions and also the processes of learning, memory, other cognitive processes, which are very important for early schoolchildren.
