За анализируемый период (20012015 гг.) установлены прямые корреляционные сильные связи между показателями ЗН органов мочевыделительной системы с уровнем хлоридов и синтетическими поверхностно-активными веществами. Также выявлены корреляционные связи средней силы с уровнем нитритов, магния, прозрачности, цветности и минерализацией воды территорий Приленской зоны за 1979-1985 гг.</p><p>Таким образом, территориальная вариабельность числа заболевших лиц раком органов мочевыделительной системы органов вполне может быть отражением корреляции уровня заболеваемости как с экзогенными, так и эндогенными факторами риска.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the incidence of malignant neoplasms of the urinary system from 2001 to 2015 increased by 1.9 times. The quality of the surface waters of the Lena River and its basin is affected by the economic activities of mining, energy, utilities, water transport, oil depots, agriculture with direct discharge of wastewater into them, as well as due to the ingress of pollutants into the adjacent settlements. territories. The purpose of the study is to assess the relationship between the incidence of malignant neoplasms of the urinary system organs and hydrochemical factors polluting the aquatic environment in the Prilensky zone of Yakutia. Correlation analysis was performed on the data on the incidence of MNs in the organs of the urinary system of the population (2001-2015) and the data on the chemical composition of water in the Prilensky zone of Yakutia (1979-1985). The results of the analysis indicate that Yakutia belongs to the territories with a rather pronounced contrast in terms of the incidence of cancer of the urinary system. It can be assumed that the territorial variability in the number of people with cancer of the urinary system organs may well be a reflection of the correlation of the incidence rate, both exogenous and endogenous "risk factors". During the analyzed period, strong direct correlations were established between the parameters of the urinary tract organs with the level of chlorides and synthetic surfactants (surfactants).
