С конца 90-х годов в медицине и биологии устойчиво регистрируют возрастание интереса к проведению исследований, направленных на выявление этнически обусловленных различий в анатомии и физиологии отдельных популяций. Этот интерес является следствием естественного развития науки. В обзоре представлены работы по изучению эволюции человека и популяционной изменчивости.

From the end of 90th years in medicine and biology increase of interest to carrying out of the researches directed on revealing of ethnically caused distinctions in anatomy and physiology of separate populations is steadily registered. This interest is consequence of natural development of science. In the review works on studying evolution of the person and populational variability are presented.
