В статье приведены результаты исследования состояния иммунного статуса и активности НАД(Ф)-зависимых дегидрогеназ лимфоцитов крови при аутоиммунном тиреоидите (АИТ) в зависимости от тиреоидной функции. Состояние иммунного статуса женщин с АИТ имеет общие особенности для групп с различным гормональным состоянием, что характеризует общность патогенеза заболевания: снижение концентрации CD19+-лимфоцитов и IgM. Как при субклиническом, так и при манифестном гипотиреозе, в крови женщин с АИТ снижено содержание CD8+-лимфоцитов. Метаболизм лимфоцитов крови больных АИТ в зависимости от функции щитовидной железы имеет характерные особенности, которые, очевидно, отражают различия тиреоидной регуляции.

This article is about the state of the immune status and the blood lymphocyte NAD(P)-depend dehydrogenises activities in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT) according to thyroid functions. The state of the immune status in women with АIТ has the general peculiarities of groups with various hormonal background that is described as uniform pathogenesis: decrease of the concentration of the CD19+-lymphocytes and IgM. The content of the CD8+- lymphocytes is decreased in both: subclinical and clinical hypothyroidism. The blood lymphocyte metabolism in patients with АIТ is depending on the thyroid gland function and has the characteristic peculiarities. They describe the differences of the thyroid regulation.
