Выборка состояла из участников якутской национальности без сахарного диабета. Был проведен анализ распределения частот встречаемости аллелей и генотипов, а также анализ показателей ИМТ в группах с различными генотипами полиморфизма rs9939609 гена FTO, в ходе которого обнаружено сходство в соотношениях частот аллелей с популяциями Восточной и Южной Азии. Установлена слабая связь ожирения с аллелем риска А при сравнивании группы с нормальным ИМТ и объединенной группой ожирение+предожирение.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study is devoted to studying the relationship between the rs9939609 polymorphism of the FTO gene and body mass index (BMI) in the Yakut population. The sample consisted of 521 participants of Yakut nationality without diabetes mellitus and not registered with a dispensary, aged from 18 to 75 years, 222 women and 299 men. An analysis of the distribution of frequencies of occurrence of alleles and genotypes was carried out, as well as an analysis of BMI indicators in groups with different genotypes of the rs9939609 polymorphism of the FTO gene, during which similarities were found in the ratios of allele frequencies with populations of East and South Asia. Statistical analysis using the Kruskal-Wallis test with multiple analysis Dunn's test with Bonferroni correction and the odds ratio (OR) with the significance test with Yates' correction within the study showed a weak association of obesity with the risk allele A when comparing the group with normal BMI and the combined group of obesity + pre-obesity p = 0.043.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ожирение</kwd><kwd>FTO</kwd><kwd>полиморфизм rs9939609</kwd><kwd>популяция Якутов</kwd><kwd>ИМТ</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>obesity</kwd><kwd>FTO</kwd><kwd>rs9939609 polymorphism</kwd><kwd>Yakut population</kwd><kwd>BMI</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ассоциация полиморфизма RS9939609 гена FTO с развитием ожирения в популяции якутов / Н.И.
