Обследовано 77 больных с осложненным течением гипертонической болезни в сочетании с ишемической болезнью сердца в остром периоде ишемического инсульта и через год после заболевания. В течение года большинство пациентов не принимало медикаментозной терапии или получало ее нерегулярно. По данным суточного мониторирования электрокардиограммы (холтеровское мониторирование) через год после развития ишемического инсульта у пациентов установлено прогрессирующее течение сердечно-сосудистой патологии.

Holter monitoring was made in 77 patients with complicated course of hypertension in combination with coronary heart disease in the acute period of ischemic stroke and in a year after disease. In the course of year most of the patients did not accept drug treatment or they were treated not regularly.
