Обследовано 88 больных хроническим гастритом, коренной национальности (якуты) в возрасте от 30 до 50 лет. Выявлена зависимость уровня иммуноглобулинов и цитокинов от степени обсемененности Нelicobacter pylori в сыворотке крови больных хроническим гастритом.

Our research presents the immunological characteristics of 88 patients with chronic gastritis type B, indigenous (Yakuts), age range 30-50 years. In research the dependence of the levels of immunoglobulins and cytokines on the degree of Helicobacter pylori contamination in the blood serum of patients with chronic gastritis is revealed.
