Изучение у 302 больных особенностей вариантов развития типов туберкулем легких в условиях Крайнего Севера позволило разработать дифференцированную тактику хирургического лечения. При этом клинико-морфологическое обоснование тактики ведения больных с учетом вариантов развития клинико-анатомических типов туберкулем способствует не только проводить адекватную схему химиотерапии, но и применять хирургические вмешательства в ранние сроки клинического наблюдения.Внедрение в медицинскую практику дифференцированной тактики химиотерапии и хирургического лечения больных с туберкулемами легких с учетом особенностей вариантов развития и клинического течения типов туберкулем значительно снижает вероятность рецидива туберкулеза.

Based on analysis of features seen in development variants of different types of tuberculomas in 302 patients living in the Extreme North, differential approach to surgical treatment has been formulated. Thus clinically and morphologically grounded treatment approach to patients taking into account variants of development of tuberculomas clinical-anatomic types promotes to make not only the adequate schema of chemotherapy, but also to apply surgical interventions in early terms of clinical follow-up. Implemented to medical practice, this differential approach to chemotherapy and surgical treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculomas based on main features in development variants and clinical course of tuberculomas remarkably decreases the probability of tuberculosis relapse.
